In 2019 Spot On With Numbers launched an exciting product specifically designed around research into the most successful ways to develop number sense and secure a solid foundation of mathematical understanding.

We are now excited to introduce our latest product The Multiplication Pack which is designed to be used alongside Online Live Times Table Tuition.

 
 

Online Times tables Tuition

Provides individually tailored, multi-sensory, fun lessons, designed to promote number sense and conceptual understanding. The lessons will successfully teach your child all multiplication facts to 12 x 12 as well as the associated division facts and will be delivered by a trained specialist in Spot On With Numbers’ teaching method.

INDIVIDUALLY TAILORED: The lessons progress at the pace of your child, ensuring learning is maximised. It ensures your child learns and builds from their own intuitive level of understanding. Prerequisite skills of number sense; number bonds; bridging; the language of multiplication; as well as place value; are all secured before progressing to multiplication facts.

MULTI-SENSORY: The lessons use the Spot On With Numbers Multiplication Pack, alongside on-screen visuals and discussions about the maths. This ensures that the learning engages all senses of your child, thus engraining new knowledge at all levels. Your child will learn through exploring patterns, seeing relationships and making connections which will develop a strong sense of number and a deep understanding of multiplication and division.

FUN: The lessons are designed to be fun. Your child will enjoy playing the games and using the Pegs and Boards whilst engaging in the various activities which are all designed to provide the variation required to reinforce learning. All games in the programme have a learning objective to support multiplication and division and they provide intrinsic motivation to learn and make sense of numbers. The games also aid in reducing maths anxiety and they inspire children to see maths as a rewarding and enjoyable subject.

2 easy steps

1) Purchase the Spot On With Numbers Multiplication Pack for an introductory offer of £40 (+ VAT).

2) Choose an online lesson time that suits you. Lessons are £15 for 30 minutes and are normally once a week, but you may book 2 lessons per week if you prefer. We recommend that the activities and games are practiced in between lessons.

Online lessons terms:

  1. The online lessons are booked and paid for separately. 24 hours notice is required to cancel the lesson, or the lesson will be charged.

  2. Your child will require a device with a working microphone, camera and strong wifi to take part in the online lessons.

  3. An adult must always be present (in the background) for the lessons which should be in a quiet, open area (not in their bedroom).

  4. Although you are subscribing to multiplication lessons, if number bonds or place value needs to be secured, these will be covered first.

  5. The Multiplication Pack is non-refundable.
